CRMS headquartered PNM Item No. 9 (4) / 2017 states that the employees have not been provided with a copy or their APAR so that they can represent the competent authority in any case of their APAR during the relevant period. very good
This case has been scrutinized whereas copy of APAR is provided to all the employees with the help of manual handling in case of the above mentioned number of Railway sacks 200 9 / SCC / 3/6 18/08/2009. It has been decided that copy of APAR of relevant years should be supplied to all those employees without fail, which are being considered for MACP in the near future. The MACP Committee should not finalize the proceedings in relation to such employees whose APAR is below the VG's Benchmark during the relevant period, but the copy has not been supplied to it. In respect of such employees, the proceeding of the MACP should be finalized only, the guard of the APAR has confirmed that it has been informed to the employees and the period of representation has expired.
